Dear parents/carers
This week a lot of children have been visiting their new schools which they will be starting in September meeting their new teachers and new friends, we have heard a lot of what they done and who they met. Preschool have been focusing on counting objects and in cooperating nursery rhymes into their activities, they especially enjoyed the theme around the five little ducks, where they sung along to the song and counted the ducks. Toddlers have be using their imagination through play making up their own stories using animal sounds and playing with others. Toddlers enjoyed the dinosaur swamp where they stomped the dinosaurs around in the mud, water and sand. Toddlers star of the week in the morning is Zarie for settling into nursery and our afternoon star of the week is Mahjabeen for playing nicely with others. Well done keep up the good work. Next week is our last week before we break up for the summer holidays and the last day will be Friday 21st July 23. Also next Thursday 20th July 23, we will be having our end of year party which will be catered for by the nursery and the children can come dressed in their party outfits Have a lovely weekend Jenny, toddler and preschool team
