Dear parents/carers
This week a lot of children have been visiting their new schools which they will be starting in September meeting their new teachers and new friends, we have heard a lot of what they done and who they met.
Preschool have been focusing on counting objects and in cooperating nursery rhymes into their activities, they especially enjoyed the theme around the five little ducks, where they sung along to the song and counted the ducks.
Toddlers have be using their imagination through play making up their own stories using animal sounds and playing with others. Toddlers enjoyed the dinosaur swamp where they stomped the dinosaurs around in the mud, water and sand.
Toddlers star of the week in the morning is Zarie for settling into nursery and our afternoon star of the week is Mahjabeen for playing nicely with others.

Next week is our last week before we break up for the summer holidays and the last day will be Friday 21st July 23. Also next Thursday 20th July 23, we will be having our end of year party which will be catered for by the nursery and the children can come dressed in their party outfits

Dear parents/carers
Pre-school have been look at different stories this week in cooperating it with in their play. They had a “wer’re going on a bear hunt” theme with props and acted put scenes from the book with the props. They also looked at the Tiger who came to tea which was out book of the week at circle time and extended on their imaginative play
Pre-school’s morning star of the week are Raihan for focusing his attention during activities and Omar A for making friends and playing nicely with others. Pre-school’s afternoon star of the week is Ayaat for playing nicely with others and making new friends.
Toddlers have been exploring the local area going to local parks, market and looking at different fruit and vegetables on the stalls. Some children experienced visiting the fire station and sitting inside the fire truck.
Toddlers star of the week in our morning session is Muntasir for settling into nursery. Toddlers afternoon star of the week is Ayyub A for playing nicely with others
