Dear Parents and Carers,
We hope you have had a lovely week! This week the Pre-School have been widening their imagination. They have been using props to support their play by using dressing up costumes, trains to push along the tracks and shells/people to act out a beach theme and their own experiences. Last week we created our very own cocoon for our Very Hungry Caterpillar! This week the children have been using their fine motor skills to mix colours and paint our cocoon! The children have been practicing their numbers by identifying them and counting 1-10. The children have also been exploring different themes on the tuff tray! This week we have explored: - Goldilock’s and The 3 Bears by making porridge for the bears, looking the different side chairs and beds! 🐻 - Autumn 🍂 we have been talking about the different colours we see, what animals come out and how the leafs fall/ change colour! - Construction site 👷♀️ We have been looking at what tools builders use, what materials and how they uses these to build houses, buildings and towers! - Colours🖌 we have been exploring different colours by mixing, looking around the environment and looking at the different colour pasta we have on the tuff tray! ⭐️Our star of the week this week our: ⭐️AM - Ilyas did settling well into preschool! ⭐️PM - Abdur Rahman for always being helpful!
