Dear parents/Carers
This week the toddler children have been exploring different cultures and creating different craft work for our displays to celebrate Chinese New Year this weekend. They have been creating their own dragons, made their own fortune cookies and a Chinese meal was set up for the children to pretend play.

This week our morning toddlers star of the week goes to Dawud for coming into nursery happily and with a smile.
Our afternoon star of the week goes to Abida for always being happy and putting a smile on everyone’s face.
Well done to you both keep up the good work.
As from next week all parents will be allowed to take their children upstairs at the start of both sessions how we did pre- covid. There will still be one person downstairs to open the side door for 5 minutes after this you will be able to enter by the main entrance to take your children upstairs into the room.

Hi All,
This week the children have enjoyed our activities. They have enjoyed our role play area using our props to help act out experiences with their peers. They have been learning about health and self care and being independent to wash and clean our babies. Some children have been learning to put their own coat on using the nursery coat method.
Please can I remind you to label their belongings as many have no names in them.
